Happy All Hallows Eve…

October 31st, 2004
Got to thinking about my history… things connected to the 31st of October and what not…

Of course, for the past 8 years or so it’s been extra special – yay! Happy Boo-day, Boo!

This year we got to change our clocks back too, and that made me think of my time in Sunnyvale, and how an eager Saturn sales associate changed his clock the wrong way and made it to work 2 hours before anyone else… what to do? well, went for a beautiful sunrise blast along the 880 towards Frisco – can’t recall if I rolled up Rt. 9 or not, but on my way back down to the store, a Porsche went by me like I was standing still. Ah, to be young and foolish and on a bike.

Other recollections of Halloween – snowy, dark, walking up and down Hayes road. Riding bikes and thinking about egging kids on Westmoreland road. Huh, should recall something from Monterey, but oddly don’t. Germany? CQ duty in ’88. The various company Halloween parties through the years.

Fun. Lots of it.
